The property is clean. Rooms are clean and warm. It has a top setting right by Cafe de Flore, Les Deux Magots and le Relais de l'Entrecote. All the restaurants and shops and metro are located around the corner in Rue de Seine

The place was clean, I loved that. Rooms in the bedroom upstairs. All the staff were affable day and night.

Location was stunning, we reached a vast statue within 5 minutes by driving. It was really close to great cafes and restaurants and great restaurants, a minimart. Our experience at this comfortable apartment was excellent!

The apartment was in a prime location, right in the heart of the bustling Latin Quarter. We felt like we were truly part of the city. the beds were comfortable and the spacious shower was a delight. the old building had a wonderful atmosphere that added to the charm of our stay.

Cleanliness was an issue as the apartment was not well cleaned upon our arrival. there was a lack of tableware and kitchenware, which was inconvenient for a party of four.

The staff are friendly. It is a short walk to transportation and Carrefour's. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerators, and an oven.

We got great value for our money at Gregoire. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was superb, with a vibrant neighborhood full of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with more variety of options.

The value for money at Gregoire Apartment was outstanding. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped; it even had towels and slippers, which were a pleasant surprise. The location was fantastic, with plenty of bistros, cafes, and shops nearby. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay.

More breakfast choices would enhance the overall experience.

I felt like a Parisian chef in the fully equipped kitchen, but who needs to cook when there are so many chic bistros nearby? And the air-conditioning kept me cool while watching TV.

I was so disappointed that the apartment didn't have a personal butler to make me espresso every morning. Ugh, the struggle!

Everything was absolutely perfect - excellent facilities, great location, and fantastic communication with the owners. the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. the location couldn't have been better, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and tourist attractions. Highly recommended for young families.
